Mediation Rates & Scheduling Policy

Rate: $200.00 per hour
Minimum: 2-hour minimum per session
Session Length: Mediation sessions may last up to 4 hours. If extended time (up to 8 hours) is needed, two 4-hour blocks must be scheduled in advance.
Payment: Payment is due in full on the day of mediation.
Cost Sharing: Unless otherwise agreed upon in prior to the session, the total cost of mediation will be equally divided between the participating parties.
